TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must accept these terms of sale when you make a purchase on sneakysteve.com


PRICES

Prices are always listed on all products, and VAT is always included in the price within the EU. We reserve the right to change the price of a product.


TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment must be made with a debit or credit card, Pay Pal and in Sweden and Norway also Klarna Invoice or Klarna Account. There is never an extra charge for credit card payments.


DELIVERY TIME

Normal delivery time is 2-7 days unless otherwise indicated. All packages in Sweden sent by Post Nord and for other countries, UPS.


EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - International

You’ll always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The time is counted from the date your order is delivered. You must return the items in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. A full refund excluding delivery costs will be processed within 7-15 days after we received the items. Products purchased in our online store can not be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only in our online store or at a physical Sneaky Steve store. The returned item will be refunded and the new item will be charged as a new purchase. You are responsible for the return and account for the shipping cost of returning the items to Sneaky Steve. Items lost in transit, will not be compensated. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage or handling fee.

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ’buy 2 for 30% off’) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

You’ll always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The time is counted from the date your order is delivered. You must return the items in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. Products purchased in our online store can not be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only in our online store or at a physical Sneaky Steve store. The returned item will be refunded and the new item will be charged as a new purchase. You are responsible for the return and account for the shipping cost of returning the items to Sneaky Steve. Items lost in transit, will not be compensated. When making a return, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from the refund. The cost of the return is £15. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage or handling fee.

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ’buy 2 for 30% off’) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our prepaid return label. If you have sent your order for return with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to give you a refund on your order.

Unfortunately we cannot refund postage or handling fee.

DELIVERY

If you received the wrong product delivered, please contact us via email (service@sneakysteve.com). We always correct supplies that are not correct and F Division Group stands for shipping. Full refund if your ordered item is out of stock. All defective items will be replaced, provided that the ordered product is still in stock. Swedish Consumer Sales applies to complaints. If the item is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately. In this way, we avoid misunderstanding and you will either get a new item or refund. Products purchased in our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only through our online store.

Unclaimed packages
For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.

 


TAXES AND FEES OUTSIDE THE EU

Orders outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and / or taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is delivered on a DDU (delivery duty) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and charges and Swedish VAT. We cannot provide information about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package may suffer. Because these fees are introduced directly by your local customs.

We cannot guarantee that the colors of the site fully correspond to the true colors. This is partly due to the color settings on your computer and monitor. Sneaky Steve cannot guarantee that the content of this website is constantly free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. We cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Sneaky Steve may at any time change the content on the site. Although Sneaky Steve strive correct texts, pictures and prices on the website and online store, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount duo your purchase at our online store, we will give you the opportunity to place a new order with the correct price or cancel your order. If we cannot get in touch with you, your order ships automatically. Sneaky Steve reserves the right to retrospectively correct prices, texts on our website, products, or other suitable media. We reserve inventory changes and possible technical errors in the web shop, web browser or server.
